We understand that plans can change, but our team blocks time specifically for your appointment and turns down other bookings to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours notice: No charge — reschedule at no cost.

• Less than 24 hours notice (including same-day cancellations): 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a late cancellation fee.

• No-show (no cancel + not present at the scheduled service): 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a no-show fee.

Why This Fee Applies

This fee helps cover reserved time for our cleaners and the costs of preparation and travel. We will notify you of the charge and issue an invoice within 48 hours.
