Steamboat Cleaning Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential cleaning, vacation rental turnovers, light commercial cleaning, and pickup-only wash & fold laundry services (“Services”) in Celebration, Kissimmee, Orlando, and surrounding Central Florida areas. By booking, using, or paying for our Services, you (“you” or “client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via email/text or ZenMaid.

• A deposit may be required for certain services. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept credit/debit cards, cash, or digital payments. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

• Pricing is based on property size, services selected, and any add-ons. Quotes are estimates; final price may vary based on actual condition or extras.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled time: No charge (full refund or reschedule).

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the total booking amount charged.

• No-show (failure to cancel and not present): 100% of the total booking amount charged.

• We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances (full refund or alternative date provided).

3. Services & Limitations

• We provide cleaning using standard products and methods. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile items, or items not disclosed.

• Clients must remove or secure valuables, pets, and breakables before service.

• Laundry service is pickup-only; we are not liable for damage from third-party processing (partner laundromats).

• We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or violate health regulations.

4. Liability & Damages

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service booked.

• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused by our proven gross negligence.

• Clients agree to hold us harmless for any pre-existing damage or issues discovered during service.

5. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms at any time (posted on our website). Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes are resolved in Osceola County courts.
